Online casinos are proving to be the model that all businesses should base their customer services and customer experience on. In fact, the top sites are all so good that is really difficult to separate any of them into being better than the other when comes to bonuses, customer services and gaming experience.

Each online casino offered an easy processing format in order to sign up and all membership signups were free without asking for any cash up front. Within the very short space of time of becoming a member, we were already busy sifting through a massive collection of free games. And, out of the 10 online casinos we choose, gaming was free at all of them.

Looking at this from a generic angle, there was no way we could not give all the online casino’s virtual gaming zones 10 out of 10. They were all easy to access and very easy to browse. We all had a slightly different opinion on which one we preferred, but at the end of the day, even the ones we didn’t all agree on were flawless. It was just down to personal preference on how to sort the games and find the games we most enjoyed.

Obviously, this was the toughest test of all for the online casinos. The big question was whether or not the online casinos would look after their non-paying customers who has signed up for a free account. On that point, they all passed with flying colours. We were hard pushed to ask a question that they could not answer.

The best customer services were those with real time support via a chat window open 24 hours a day. However, we didn’t test them over the entire 24 hour period, as we are human and we need to sleep on occasion despite constantly researching casino news and being general online casino gurus!

Overall, it was really hard to choose between any of the 10. If we were really pushed to pick the best one. The probably it would be Mr Green for its shear variety in gaming. However, we all have different priorities when it comes to online gaming, so we thought the pick of the bunch would be based on games available. Mr Green has it all!!!
