Amaya to Supply Ultimate Bet with Casino Games

Ultimate Bet have announced that the online gaming for money site will now be host to a flurry of Amaya Gaming options.

The entertainment solutions provider Amaya, also known as AYA has a subsidiary that has confirmed a licencing agreement with a company linked to Ultimate Bet; Fertitta Acquisitions Co. The result of the deal is that the software giant Amaya has attracted one of the largest and most popular online gambling companies, who have been impressed by Amaya Gaming’s magnificent selection of casino games as well as other streamed services the software designing firm has on offer.

Ultimate Bet is one of the few online gambling companies that not only operate on a global basis, but they also have a firm stronghold in the newly structured online gaming for real money market in the US. Two of the company’s prime state locations are New Jersey and Navada, which the latter has struck up deals with the state of Delaware to jointly allow poker as well as gambling to be linked between the two states with New Jersey also looking to become part of this network.

For Amaya there are more benefits to the joining the US market via Ultimate Bet still to be had. The US’s three sates managing online gaming for real money in the US are currently thrashing out deals with other states in the country that many are claiming will be the start of a full recovery of the online gaming market in the USA.

There are currently 70 of Amaya’s online gambling games that are already licenced to be distributed in the state of New Jersey via the state’s licenced online casinos in agreement with Amaya Gaming. Frogs ‘n Flies, Chilli Gold and Bars & Bells are among the top games currently available in the US.

The partnership has be confirmed, but the ins and outs of the jurisdiction rights for the US and the global markets still have some formalities that need to be reviewed. Regularity approvals are also in the pipeline, but once the technicalities are done and dusted, the final deal will be looked upon by the rest of the online platform and gaming designers as a missed opportunity and a large chunk of the market share now going over to Amaya Gaming.

Ultimate Gaming will now be yet another online gaming provider with the ability to put on offer a collection of HTML5 games, online as well as mobile gaming options via its, which is Ultimate Casino. The deal will also allow Ultimate Bet to integrate some its current gaming options. In addition, other Ultimate Bet websites will soon be able to also integrate their system in one CGS system.

In the terms of conditions of the agreement, it has been revealed that Amaya will receive what is going to be a share of the net aggregated generated revenue brought in to Ultimate Bet via its games as well as revenue from any third party CMS games bringing in further revenue. It is a great deal, and quite unique in a lot of ways.

The befits of revenue for both companies and the ability for Ultimate Bet to extend its gaming collection is a great business marketing deal for the companies involved as well as for Ultimate Bet members.
