The United Kingdom’s biggest interactive TV online casino games company, NetplayTV, has announced that it has signed a two year deal with ITV to broadcast Jackpot247.com, a program which will air four nights a week for a two hour time slot. ITV is the largest commercial television network in the United Kingdom.

This deal builds upon Netplay’s strategy to focus on live TV roulette broadcasts on TV, a proven way to acquire new viewers and customers. The company believes that player interaction and loyalty will grow further through Jackpot 247's new and fast growing iPhone and iPad applications and the ability to play at mobile casinos.

The CEO of NetPlayTV, Charles Butler, commented, “We have worked closely with the team at ITV over the last two years to optimize the show, and to sign for a further two years is a significant and exciting development. The format of a dedicated gaming schedule has proved to be a success, and we look forward to working with ITV and seeing the benefits of this renewed relationship going forward.”

He continued, “We are very proud of the significant strategic and commercial progress made over the past year, and the robust results announced today illustrate the strength of the Company’s live TV casino proposition.”

William van Rest, Director of Commerce & Ventures at ITV, weighed in on the deal, “As a key launch partner on ITV’s teleshopping initiative in 2010 we are delighted to renew our relationship with NetPlayTV and their Jackpot 247 product, and we are looking forward to building on the success of our night time output.”
