Partnership Announced between Payzone and PokerStars

Payzone, a leading mobile consumer payments network from the UK has announced a partnership with the world’s largest online poker website, PokerStars, making top-up vouchers available for consumers to purchase.

The deal signifies Payzone’s expansion into the online casino games industry, with PokerStars top-ups available on the 20,000 terminals in the company’s nationwide network.

The partnership will allow customers to top up their online casino games PokerStars account instantly by entering the unique code from a top-up voucher purchased at a Payzone outlet.  This method is ideal for players who are dubious of online transactions or those who are looking for a quick alternative to paying with a bank related account.

PokerStarsTopUp Cards are available in denominations of £10, £25, £50, £100 and £250. A Customer can then cash in these cards in the cashier to fund their poker account. The system is only for depositing. Customers will need to use one of the more traditional methods—like bank transfer, check, wire or through an online wallet—to process cashouts.

PokerStars is the first online gaming company that Payzone has worked with, who list major UK utility retailers and transport companies as their clients.
